1 Information We Collect

When you register for a ToolWallet account, we collect basic personal information including your full name, email address, and encrypted password. This information is required to create and manage your account and to communicate with you about your subscription.

We collect transaction data when you make a purchase, including the plan selected, payment amount, and transaction reference ID provided by our payment processor Razorpay. We do not store your credit card or banking details — all payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay.

We may automatically collect usage information such as the tools accessed, session frequency, browser type, and general geographic region (country level) to improve our service and ensure compliance with our terms. We do not collect or store the content of your interactions with third-party tools.

2 How We Use Information

We use your personal information to create and manage your ToolWallet account, process your payments, grant access to the tools included in your plan, and provide customer support. Your email is used to send important account notifications, plan renewal reminders, and responses to your support requests.

We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve our platform, understand which tools are most popular, and make decisions about our tool catalog. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

We may send you marketing communications about new features, tools, or promotions if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. Transactional emails related to your account cannot be opted out of.

3 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it. Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

While we implement strong security measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your ToolWallet account and to enable additional security measures available through your browser.

The ToolWallet browser extension operates locally on your device and does not transmit session data or credentials to our servers. The extension only communicates with our API to verify your subscription status.

5 Third Party Services

ToolWallet integrates with Razorpay for payment processing. When you make a payment, you are subject to Razorpay's privacy policy in addition to ours. We receive only a transaction reference and status from Razorpay — not your full payment details.

The AI tools accessible through ToolWallet are operated by independent third parties. When you access a tool through our extension, you are subject to that tool's own privacy policy and terms of service. ToolWallet is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party tool providers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our platform (such as hosting and analytics providers) under strict data processing agreements.

6 Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you. You may request a copy of your data by contacting toolwallet1@gmail.com. We will provide the requested information within 30 days.

You have the right to correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), object to processing of your data, and withdraw consent for marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team.

7 Children's Privacy
