Refund Policy

We stand behind our platform. ToolWallet offers a refund on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right — within 24 hours of your request.

1 Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase date
  • This is your first subscription purchase (the guarantee applies to new subscriptions only)
  • Your account has not violated our Terms of Service

Refund requests submitted after the 24-hour window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Renewal payments for recurring subscriptions are not covered by the 24-hour refund policy but may be reviewed at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.

2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team using one of the following methods:

📧 Email: Send your refund request to toolwallet1@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address and the reason for the refund.

💬 Live Chat: Open a support chat on the ToolWallet platform (available Mon–Sat, 10:00–18:00 IST) and request a refund through the chat interface.

📱 Telegram: Contact our support team via the official ToolWallet Telegram channel.

Once we receive your request, our team will verify your purchase, confirm eligibility, and process the refund within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

3 Refund Processing Timeline

Refund requests are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, the refund is initiated through our payment processor (Razorpay) and credited back to your original payment method.

The time for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer:

  • UPI payments: Usually credited within 1–3 business days
  • Debit/Credit card: Typically 5–7 business days, depending on your bank
  • Net Banking: Usually credited within 3–5 business days

If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days of approval, please contact us at toolwallet1@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.

4 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Refund request is submitted more than 24 hours after the purchase date (for new subscriptions)
  • The account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • The refund request is for a renewal payment where the subscription has already been used for the new billing period
  • The request is for add-on services or features that have already been consumed

In cases of suspected fraud or abuse of our refund policy, ToolWallet reserves the right to deny the refund request and take appropriate action, including account termination.

5 Cancelling Your Subscription

Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription and prevent future billing, you must separately cancel your plan from your ToolWallet account settings or by contacting our support team.

If you cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period, except in the case of a valid refund request within the 24-hour refund window.
