1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ToolWallet ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. ToolWallet reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using ToolWallet, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

2 Service Description

ToolWallet is a subscription-based platform that provides members with access to premium AI tools and software through a browser extension technology. Our service allows members to use third-party tools included in their plan without requiring individual subscriptions to each tool.

The tools available through ToolWallet are subject to change. We may add, remove, or modify the tools available in our catalog at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes to the tool catalog.

ToolWallet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific tool. Third-party tools are subject to their own terms of service, and availability may be affected by changes made by the respective tool providers.

3 User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify ToolWallet of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Each ToolWallet account is for personal use only. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person. Multiple users may not share a single account. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information to keep it accurate. ToolWallet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

4 Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. Payment must be made in full before access to the Service is granted. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.

ToolWallet plans are one-time payments for the selected duration — they are not recurring subscriptions. There are no automatic renewals. You choose and pay for the duration you want, and access is granted for that period.

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase if the service does not function as described. To request a refund, contact toolwallet1@gmail.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Refunds are not available after 24 hours of purchase or if the service has been actively used.

5 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use ToolWallet for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.

You are prohibited from: sharing your account credentials with others, reverse-engineering the ToolWallet extension, using the Service to violate any third-party tool's terms of service, creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan restrictions, or using automated bots or scripts to abuse the Service.

Any violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your account without prior notice and without refund. ToolWallet reserves the right to take appropriate legal action for serious violations.

6 Intellectual Property

The ToolWallet platform, including its design, logo, extension, software, and all content, is the exclusive property of ToolWallet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

The AI tools accessible through ToolWallet are the intellectual property of their respective owners. ToolWallet does not claim ownership of any third-party tools made accessible through the platform. All trademarks, logos, and service marks belong to their respective owners.

7 Privacy

Your use of ToolWallet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8 Limitation of Liability

ToolWallet provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolWallet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9 Changes to Terms

ToolWallet reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue using the Service. The date of the last revision is always shown at the top of this document.
